Began his baseball career as an intern with the Atlanta Braves, culminating with him serving as the Director of Baseball Administration.​Also served as a Professional Scout with the Cleveland Indians, and as Director of Baseball Operations and Director of Player Personnel with the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Jordan Bloem
Co-Head of Consulting at Navigate
He launched his career as an Account Executive at Momentum Worldwide before joining Navigate, where he initially contributed to the consumer insights team. He has since become a key figure in the company’s consulting division.
His career also took him to Asia, where he gained valuable experience in a range of marketing roles, further enhancing his global expertise.

He holds a BA from Calvin University and an MBA from the University of Oregon, and is a dedicated lifelong Michigan fan.
Wes Weir
Vice President of Partnerships at WME Sports
Wes Weir has extensive experience in sports management, having previously served as Vice President of Corporate Partnerships for the Detroit Pistons and Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Ticket Sales for NASCAR at Michigan International Speedway. His career also includes leadership roles with Grand Rapids Drive and Palace Sports & Entertainment.

He graduated from Trine University with a BS in Business Administration and Sport Management.
